We are located in the northwest corner of Litchfield County, and primarily serve the townships and villages of Salisbury, Lakeville, Sharon, Cornwall, Norfolk, Kent, Canaan, North Canaan, Colebrook, Falls Village, Twin Lakes.

We are adjacent to Berkshire County, Massachusetts. In Southern Berkshire County, we list properties and land in the Towns of Great Barrington, South Egremont, Mount Washington, Sheffield, Ashley Falls, Monterey.

To our west is the the Mid-Hudson Valley of New York State. In NY State we serve Dutchess County, Columbia County, Millbrook, Millerton, Amenia, Hillsdale, Copake, Ancram.

We are active in the real estate community and provide detailed and knowledgeable property information and offer skilled negotiation services for both sellers and buyers.

We always seek new listings, and offer those properties to qualified and discriminating buyers.
